    A binding estimate provides a fixed, non-negotiable cost for the move, ensuring price certainty. In contrast, a non-binding estimate offers a cost range, subject to potential fluctuations based on the actual services or weight, offering less cost certainty. We offer non-binding estimates for local moves and binding estimates for out-of-state moves.

  • How should I pay and what are the payment methods?

    We offer convenient payment options, including check, credit card, cash, and Zelle. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. We prefer checks.

    $20-40 per guy is standard but my guys get $100 tips frequently. We appreciate any amount that you decide to give!

  • What do I do with items that I’d like to keep but won’t fit in my new home?

    We can move items to a garage or storage unit until you make room for them. We are also happy to take items to a donation location for you.

  • What do I need to do with my filing cabinets when I move?

    For small filing cabinets, we can move them as-is, even when full. For larger cabinets, kindly empty the contents before moving.

  • What do I need to do with my dresser drawers when I move?

    As long as items are non-breakable, they may remain in the drawers. If you have an oversized dresser, please remove some of its contents.

  • What items can you not move?

    We cannot transport firearms, ammunition, propane, gasoline, or any flammable liquids.

  • Who can help me arrange my furniture to my liking in my new home?

    We are happy to work with you to place items wherever you may need them.
