Access and scheduling
After its last service, staff need time to clear the old bar and seating. The new address may still be receiving equipment or finishing counters. We ask for both sets of access rules before choosing a truck window. Your technician needs an unobstructed route to the espresso position; our load plan brings seating and freestanding stations in an order that keeps that route open.
Tell us whether either property uses a rear service door, shared alley, loading dock, or freight elevator. We check the path for tables, display frames, and carts, then ask the landlord about floor protection and permitted hours. If management requires a Certificate of Insurance, send its wording before scheduling. Ask us about evening or weekend access after the property confirms its hours. Your café lead confirms when supplies can leave the old counter and where they should land at the new one.
