Access and scheduling
Start with the sessions that cannot share a hallway with carts, wrapping, or furniture. Your office manager identifies which rooms remain in use and when the waiting area can close. Ask about an evening or weekend block after clinicians release rooms. Your practice tells clients about the new address and opens each room for appointments.
At both buildings, we ask where the crew can enter without crossing an active client route. A multi-tenant office may need a freight elevator reservation, a loading location, and a Certificate of Insurance for management. If there is only one corridor, the move may need a full pause in sessions rather than a room-by-room release. We check those access rules and the size of therapy-room doors before setting the load order. At the new suite, your room map should show which space is individual therapy, which is group use, and where reception belongs.
