Schools, churches, and community organizations move on a calendar someone else wrote. A campus has summer break and the week before teachers report. A congregation has Sunday services and a wedding on the books. A daycare has a licensing visit it has to pass before children come back. The move has to fit inside those dates, so we ask for them first and build the plan around them.

Purchasing usually comes before scheduling. Public districts, colleges, and many nonprofits need a written quote, a purchase order, and sometimes a vendor setup form before a date can be held. We send the paperwork your business office asks for and keep the quote itemized so it can be matched line by line to the PO.

The volume in these buildings is repetitive, which is exactly why labeling matters. A school wing can hold dozens of classrooms with nearly identical desks, chairs, and cabinets. We label by building, wing, and room number, and the crew loads and unloads in that order, so room 214's furniture ends up in the new 214 instead of wherever there was floor space. Libraries get shelf-order labels so collections come back in sequence.

Some items belong with other hands. Fixed pews and bolted seating are released by the contractor who installed them. Pianos and organs move under our piano moving process. Artwork, exhibit pieces, and anything a curator is responsible for can be crated through our crating service, and the curator decides how each piece is handled. Campus visitor rules, such as front-office sign-in, badges, and escorts, are set by the school or congregation; tell us what they are and the crew follows them.
